Spring Carnival
We are also looking for two parents from each grade 4th to be a contact and coordinate the collection of items our basket items. Also, we are in need to 2 parents to help assemble and wrap baskets on Thursday, April 27th at 9:00 AM. If you are willing to help with either (or both) of these activities, please contact Pam Foster at [email protected].
EOGs
Parents,
EOG testing is just around the corner. We will be testing from May 26th through the end of the year. We need your help to make this a smooth and organized process for our students. Being a test proctor, is not a glamorous volunteer position, but it is extremely important. We need volunteers who are willing to attend one training session (approximately 1 hour) and them be willing to serve as a proctor during the administration of End of Grade tests. You can serve as few as 1 day, or as many as your are available. We are collecting emails, then you will contacted to discuss your particular availability. Testing proctors should be available on their assigned days to be at school from 9:00 am and should be done by 1:00. Please consider serving your school in this capacity. You may email your child's teacher or our testing coordinator Jen Giandenoto ([email protected]) to express your interest. -- Thanks so much!
Field Day
3-5 Field Day is on 4/28 from 12 to 3 pm. We are in need of volunteers for each station.
If you are able to help, please click here to pick a time. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Schear at [email protected] or Mr. Grosnick at [email protected].
