Working together, we want to communicate our practices in a positive and consistent manner. Here are the updates for 2016-17 school year:
· Postcards will be mailed to families starting on May 20, 2016. These cards will communicate the information that we have in our routing program.
Here’s what we are saying to eligible riders for the 2016-2017 school year:
- You need take no action if the information provided is correct for the 2016-17 school year.
- Please go online to www.wcpss.net/busrider if you need to update your bus service needs.
We will also be calling families via SchoolMessenger and using social media to communicate with our customers.
· Beginning on May 23, 2016, the Internet form associated with the web page Bus Rider Registration will transition to receive requests from transportation eligible families (neighborhood or express bus service based on the student’s address of record with Wake County) for the 2016-17 school year only.
***Transportation eligible families who need to make changes are requested to meet the following deadlines to ensure service on the first day of school***
