BYOD Update. Our GO LIVE date for bringing the devices to school is October 28th. Students may not bring their devices to school without a signed contract. Click here to get a copy of the contract. You will also receive a copy in your child’s Friday Folder today. You can find more information at www.fpdesbyod.weebly.com.
Field Trip. We will be going to American Indian Education Day on November 20th at the NC Museum of History. Permission slips and money is due on October 23rd. Chaperones must be registered with the county and pay a $5.35 entry fee at the event. Permission slips were sent home last week.
Math. We will be working on multiplying and dividing large numbers over the next couple weeks. Please help your child review his/her multiplication facts. We are finding that some students understand the multiplication process, but do not know their basic facts. Therefore, they are unable to come up with the correct answer.
